Imagine being able to walk into your classroom within a few minutes of getting up and teach students who want to do well at school but cannot go to school. With class size no more than fifteen students and a total of fifteen hours of live teaching in any one week, you can now interact with your class as long as you have access to broadband connection and our cutting edge virtual classroom software.

Academus are looking to appoint fully qualified teachers and Heads of Departments at KS3/ KS4/KS5 in subject areas of English, Humanities, Sciences, Maths and Computing. This position is due to start for supply as well as permanent contracts.

Students are taught in a safe and secure environment where they are able to interact with the teacher and other students and become self assured and confident individuals with a chance to excel in their chosen and core subjects.

You must:

Be committed to excellence.
Be enthusiastic about your subject.
Encourage students to excel.

To apply you will:

Be a qualified teacher (ideally PGCE, GTP, B:Ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
Being able to teach through all the key stages would be advantageous.
Have UK teaching experience.
Be eligible to work in the UK.
Hold a current CRB disclosure.
