Key Stage 4 Booster Classes

Education is a right and learning promotes and develops the mind to greatness. At Academus, we are passionate about teaching and learning and we believe that everyone deserves to do the best and strive to do the best.

Academus Booster classes are there to support learning already taking place and re-enforce skills. We offer these classes to:

Schools

1. As extra lessons to whole groups of students to offer effective differentiation to those who have been identified as gifted and talented.
2. As support to classes that have been affected by long term and regular cover; these sessions can be planned as bespoke to support the school’s individual curriculum.
3. As effective cover for lessons that would otherwise be disrupted due to lack of cover. This is also available for students in inclusion.
4. As an after school provision for students with either gifted and talented needs or EAL/ESOL/Learning Support needs

Parents/Guardians

1. Academus can support you child for after school revision sessions in all subjects to help him/ her achieve at their highest level.
2. As holiday extra support lessons to help your child maintain revision levels for all their school work.
3. As effective exam revision session. Our lessons are devised to maximise revision. We support these by effective tests to show attainment of skills.
